1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User", "Member" or "You") who uses the xbalee platform ("Platform", "Site" or "Service"). xbalee is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, cricket betting, live casino and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

3 Age Restrictions

For legal reasons, xbalee reserves the right to verify the age of all members. If a member is found to be a minor upon verification, the account will be closed and while deposited funds may be returned, bonuses and winnings will be considered void.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have the legal right to use this platform.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Some games may not be fully or partially counted towards wagering.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering must be completed within a set period of time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games operated on the xbalee platform are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. The outcome of all games is determined through audited random number generator (RNG) technology.

General Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules which are displayed within the game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, xbalee will review the relevant bet and make an adjustment.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log will be considered final.
• If the internet connection is lost, the result of any ongoing bet will be saved on the server.

Betting Limits

xbalee sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game. xbalee reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Unusually high bets may be subject to verification.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fair operation of the xbalee platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Deliberately abusing the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Hacking, modifying code or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using another user's account details or fraudulently assuming their identity.
• Attempting to manipulate game results in any way.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

xbalee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any reason, particularly in cases of violation of these terms, suspicious activity or legal requirements.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may also request to close your account at any time. In this case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid funds, however pending bonuses and related winnings may be cancelled.

Suspension Policy

• Playing, depositing and withdrawing are not possible while an account is suspended.
• Once the investigation into the reason for suspension is complete, xbalee will decide whether to reactivate the account or close it permanently.
• Funds held in the account will be preserved during the investigation.
